Terms of business

We are passionate about classic and collector cars. We want our customers to be equally passionate about working with us. Our Satisfaction Guarantee and Return policy reflect this philosophy.

We take great care to ensure all products leaving our factory meet the highest quality standards and are carefully packaged. All items should be examined immediately upon receipt for defects or missing parts.

If a product is defective, we offer a no-nonsense replacement guarantee, from the smallest part to a complete interior restoration kit. If a product is not defective but – for whatever reason – you are not 100% satisfied with it, we will seek to replace it to your satisfaction or if that is not possible, refund the value of the product to you upon return. Only items that are unused, unmarked and in re-sellable condition can be returned. A 20% stocking fee applies to products made to order.

  • Colors reproduce differently on different screens. We strongly encourage customers to request a physical sample to review color, material and texture before ordering. A 20% stocking fee applies in case no physical sample was requested.
  • Please note that we do not refund shipping or import charges. Custom made products or products with custom color schemes are non-returnable.
  • Returns, refunds or other claims need to be requested within 14 days after delivery of the product. Once installed, products cannot be returned.
  • Returns from outside the EU are subject to our approval and instruction.
  • Please use a tracked courier service when returning your goods. Lakewell cannot accept liability for returned parcels which are misdelivered, lost or damaged in transit.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns which arrive damaged or handled to an unreasonable extent.
