Description

Kit to rebuild the seat base and backrest frame of Recaro sport seats for Porsche 911 models 1966-1973. Contains 4 elastic bands, 8 attachment hooks, 1 linen backrest diaphragms and 1 tension rod to rebuild 1 sport seat.

Your Recaro sport seats have elastic bands to support the seat base foams and linen diaphragms to support the backrest foams. Extensive use and age will cause the elastic bands and backrest linen to loose resistance and break. This reduces the support of the seat and will overstretch your seat covers causing them to tear and crack.

When replacing your front seat covers it is recommended to install our seat frame restoration kit. It will provide you better ride comfort and increase the life of your new seat covers.

The kit includes all soft materials to rebuild 1 Recaro Sport seat. If you are rebuilding 2 sport seats, indicate quantity as 2.
